  • What does this platform do?

Coimatan is one place to support all participating small businesses through the purchase of gift cards.

  • How do I receive my gift card?

Once you've made your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation from us. From there, the business will be in touch to send you your gift card.

  • Do you issue refunds?

All gift cards are final sale. We do recognize however that given these tough times, some businesses will close (the motivation for Coimatan) and we'll work hard with the business to get you a refund for your gift card. If this is not possible, consider it a donation to the business for their closing costs.

    Coimatan is an easy and fast way to connect with the community and increase business in this time.

    • Is it free to be listed?

    Yes - it is. 100% of the proceeds go to your business.
